A detox drink that actually tastes good
We all need to detox every now and then and especially when we feel sluggish and weighed down.
Here’s an easy detox beverage recipe that needs no blender whatsoever and only takes minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 big cup of hot water
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar
- ½ - 1 tsp of ginger powder or grated fresh ginger
- A dash of cinnamon
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp of raw honey (optional)
Stir well and drink while still warm.
Drink this at least 20 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Cleanse and purify your body.
For more intense detoxification, drink this three times daily, before meals and continue for two weeks to flush out toxins.
