Did you know this about Passionflower? We just read an article that said that Passionflower has anxiety-calming effects and is one of Mother Nature’s best tranquilizers.
The article said that when you need to be rescued from anxiety or stress, just steep 1 or 2 teaspoons of the dried herb in 1 cup of boiling water, wait about 20 mins, strain and drink. Passionflower tea to the rescue.
We haven’t tried it though, so do your research before you try it.
